I. HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Enter by completing the form between 10/18/2025 12:00 AM (Eastern Time) – 10/19/2025 11:59 PM (Eastern Time). LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON and ONE ENTRY PER FAMILY. No entries other than through this website form will be allowed (i.e. phoned, faxed, emailed, or mailed entries will not be allowed). Partially completed entries will not be accepted. ViaCord is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any human error that may occur in the receipt or processing of entry forms. All entries become the property of ViaCord.
 

II. ELIGIBILITY

Sweepstakes is open to Prego Expo 2025 Orlando, Florida event attendees. Must be a legal resident of the United States with internet access, a valid email address, mailing address, and, telephone number, and are 18 years of age or over on January 1, 2025. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

III. PRIZE

One Winner will be selected randomly from all entries received during the Sweepstakes entry window outline in section  I. HOW TO ENTER to receive a Nanit Pro Baby Monitor with Floor Stand ($399 value), from ViaCord. For product details visit: https://www.nanit.com/products/nanit-pro-camera All federal, state and local taxes related to receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries ViaCord receives. When available, ViaCord will not award any alternative prize, cash equivalent, or any other substitution for the Prize. The Prize is non-transferable. If Nanit Pro Baby Monitor with Floor Stand ($399 value) is not available, ViaCord reserves the right to award a alternative prize, cash equivalent, or any other substitution for the Prize.

IV. WINNER

The Winner will be determined by a random drawing to be held on or about 10/24/25. The Winner will be notified by email on or around the 10/27/25. Return of any Prize/Prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate Winner will be selected. All decisions by ViaCord are final and binding. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decision of ViaCord. The Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, affidavit or declaration of eligibility. By entering the sweepstakes, the Winner agrees to allow ViaCord to use the Winner’s name, prize, and sweepstakes details in promotional and marketing materials.
